Privacy
FireList is a free tool from High End Fire Collectables (Adelaide, SA). We built it to store as little as possible.
Your card photos
- Photos are resized in your browser, and their location data (GPS) is removed when they upload.
- Uploaded photos get a public link so eBay, Whatnot or Shopify can fetch them when you import your file. Anyone holding that link can see the photo.
- Every photo is deleted automatically after 14 days. Marketplaces keep their own copy once you import.
Auto-read and your AI key
- To name your cards automatically, a smaller copy of each photo is sent to Google’s Gemini AI. FireList uses Google’s free tier, which may use what it receives to improve Google’s products. Don’t photograph anything you wouldn’t want Google to see.
- If you add your own Google AI or Claude key, it is saved in your browser only. Your photos go straight from your browser to that provider. FireList’s server never sees your key.
- That provider’s own terms apply. Google’s free tier may use what you send to improve its products.
- To check names and numbers, FireList looks cards up in the free TCGdex database. Only the card name and number are sent, never your photos.
eBay
If you connect eBay, the sign-in is stored in an encrypted cookie in your browser. We don’t keep it on a server. Disconnect any time in Settings.
Everything else
- Your cards, prices and settings are saved in your browser (local storage) so you don’t lose work. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- No accounts, no tracking cookies, no ads. We don’t sell anything about you.
